Design & Build Project in Battersea. Our Company completely demolished the existing commercial building, we Designed & Built 12 Apartments and Commercial Facilities. We manage the Utilities, Completed the piling, New Foundation, Superstructure, Steels, Brickwork, upper floors and staircases, floor by floor to the End. The initial project duration was estimated between 14 to 15 months, but we successfully managed to complete all the work within 11 months from the starting date.
